Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

International shipping is offered.

The Brat Zone is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Once your order is with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS),the brat zone is not liable for any issues, including lost or stolen items.

We have a strict no refund and no return policy.

- Due to health and sanitation measures, we do not accept returns as we cannot restock any returned items.  

- We do not cancel or refund orders once they are placed, processed, or in transit.  

- If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance prior to order fulfillment.  

- In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue with your lash product(s), please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
